Before Anyone else!

 Hey Guys, hope you are all doing good! With the hope that you will be great after reading this insight of mine that i am gonna share with you in this blog. Before getting into the topic, Lemme ask you a question when was the last time you spent a good quality time with yourself ? that doesn't mean going on  a solo trip or solo date, it can just be spending without anything and anyone around you. This blog is going to deal with the context of how well are we aware of ourselves.

Lemme ask you another question, Imagine the situation when you were desperately longing for a person to console you or pacify and you started thinking that as a problem without dealing with the actual problem? many of us would have done this, to be very honest I used to do that (but definitely not nowadays :) ). Grateful for the universe that I overcame that toxic habit. First and foremost believe you are the one who is solely responsible for how you are dealing with situations, irrespective of the nature of the situation whether it is happy or sad. If you build a calm atmosphere within your inner self, trust me nothing can shake you. To built a unshakable inner self all you have to do is to be consciously aware of what you are dealing with currently.

                 Before being happy or sad, Be aware!

There are many ways to set up a calm inner self, but lemme share a few which has worked well for me.
Start prioritizing yourself before anyone else, I know its hard but I assure you when you master it most of the problems will vanish. I was once a people pleaser, when I had issues with my closed circle, I would voluntarily sort out the problem irrespective of whose side the mistake was, Later I realized giving time to people to realize their mistake and getting time for myself to realize my mistake would work better. Being apologetic for the mistake you have not done would lead yourself lowering your self esteem, and bursting out in anger for the mistake you have done would lead to destruction of your relationship. All you need is to stay calm and be aware of your actions.

Question yourself for the actions you commit whether its good or bad, try spending more time with yourself. The worst thing is not being responsible for the actions you do, that doesn't mean you have to be harsh on yourselves. Humans do mistake but the real pleasure is being responsible and not repeating it again. Just be clear of what you do. There are good days and bad days, but life is all about dealing with it. Before doing what you love, do what makes sense. Take note of the time you spend, be it your working hours or your weekend relaxation time. Spend your time wisely, try practicing meditation. Spend time with nature and be grateful for what is happening for you and around you. Remember it's always you vs you, you accompanying you! You matter alot for yourself before anyone else.
