Instead of Resolutions.......
First of all Happy new year friends, with the hope that this year brings us all the happiness and goals which we wished for. This year i have promised myself not to take any resolutions, yes you read it right no more resolutions!
Instead of resolutions (as the topic states) its going to be promises and plannings. Promising myself a better and healthy lifestyle. This year has drained me both mentally and physically(year mentioned in this sentence is 2021).So all i wanted is a stability in mental health as well as physical as much as possible.
With lots of ideas running in my mind i just thought of sharing some of the ideas which sure will work and change our life.
- Plan your day:
Planning our day the before night can help us to be well prepared in advance, at the same time it can be backfired too. Yes if you are a person like me who gets stressed all night by wondering the works to be done for the next day, then you can plan your day after waking up.
- Wake up routine:
Make your bed (yes this is were most of us fail),psychology says that this will prepare our mind to work better throughout the day. Drink some water Set your intention for the day, if you are someone who likes to journal then it would be great.(will write about journaling in upcoming blogs).
- Physical Exercising Routine:
Meditate for atleast five minutes. Without this covid outbreak we would'nt have known the importance of pranayama, so just do some breathing exercises daily. And here comes my favourite part, Listen to some music and have some workout schedule, even if you are someone who hates exercises go for a morning walk.
- Greetings and affirmations:
Study says that affirmations can help us to reach our goals with more focus. Greeting your closed circle may create a positive vibe for you and the people who are recieving it.
- Have some me time:
Everyone has hobbies just do it have fun, this will enhance our mental health.
Apart from the above mentioned points have your food at right time, be calm and avoid negativities, yes there are people whose intensions are to hurt others, stay away from them. Have your own circle of people, go for some lunch outings or plan for a tour with them enjoy yourself. Help others if you can, this will award you with inner peace.
Life is 10% what happens to you and 90% how you react to it
With the above routine hope you can lead a good life and you can make it better with your add ons. Never be idle just do whatever you wish for the progress of your life. Once again
