The second important P in our life

And it's been a really long time since I posted my last blog, which was just because I did not have that another P in my life. Some of you would have guessed it by now, it's noneother than planning.

" Never begin a day without finishing it in a paper"

The most in this blog comes out from my own experience. The more you plan, the more you utilise your time. By the way planning doesn't mean just planning to work tirelessly, it even holds some time to just relax and have fun.

"Idle mind is a devil's workshop"

If you aren't aware of what you are doing or what you are going to do, definitely you are gonna end up being lazy or else stressed. As I have already mentioned planning doesn't mean having a schedule assisting your profession or academics it's merely about staying focused which eventually leads to a healthy (both mentally and physically) lifestyle.

"An hour of planning can save you 10 hours of doing"

Planning your day will eventually cut back your time consumption in procastinating and will award you with more productive time. It has too many health benefits. Let me explain a few below:
                     Reduces stress
                     Peace of mind
                     Spontaneous
                     Optimistic
                     Being more active

Planning your day from waking up till going to bed and having your food at right time will eventually promise you with a good health. Planning your day with some good exercises and yoga will also help you to keep track of your fitness and mental health.

It also helps us to achieve our goals in a more shorter span of time. Happy Reading!
