The two most important P's to lead our lives better

                     




    The letter P as so much of inside jokes(giggling) but still has some meaningful insights to transform our lives into super positive one through the magic hidden behind the two words. Let me explain one by one. 


    Being an atheist from a very young age prayer hours was nothing but waste of time according to me, until I knew what kind of great impact it could leave in our inner thoughts to transform our life. Yes, the first 'P' stands for Prayer.


     Here I would like to share some of the benefits for mental health and to improve our life standards. It will also help us to achieve our goals faster and accomplish it with ease. Lemme explain how, if you are praying daily, your wishes will be stored automatically in your subconscious mind which will enhance your thinking to make your goals or wishes to accomplish in real time as soon as possible. It will also help you to stay focused with your goals. 

   Apart from helping in goal focusing it also has many health benefits, it is proven that those who are praying have disease fighting genes by the Harvard Medical School. It also helps to calm our nervous system. It ensures the wellness of mental health by making us less reactive to negative energies.

  Prayer helps us to increase positivity and heal our wounds easily. It enhances our relationship with our surroundings. It also as a vital and most necessary benefit which is nothing but a longer life span comparatively with others. It makes us more confidant on believing our dreams.


 
    If you are someone who doesn't believe in god like me, here is an another alternate way where you just need to believe in this universe that it can satisfy and accomplish your wishes. Just allot sometime each day and talk with you ask yourself what you want and what are your wishes at the same time don't forget to be grateful for what you have right now.
